Carly Redhead

Carly joined NetHope in October 2023 with experience in partnerships and innovation in the international development sector. At NetHope she is responsible for corporate partnership relationships and supporting the organizations philanthropic efforts. 

Prior to joining NetHope, Carly was the Head of Partnerships for Humanitarian OpenStreetMap Team, where she set up a new global partnership function to ensure open-source technology and maps can be accessed and used in preparedness, response, and recovery. This involved partnerships with local, regional and international NGOs, as well as brokering shared value opportunities with corporate, private and strategic technology companies. She is also an Advisory Board Member at the Data for Children Collaborative.

Carly has held roles in innovation at Plan International and management consulting and Corporate Citizenship at Accenture. Carly is passionate about ensuring technology and innovation can be leveraged for social impact. She enjoys working with diverse global teams, partnerships, and volunteer communities to achieve this. She holds a BSc in Economics and Philosophy from the University of Bristol and is a human-centered design professional (Google Innovation Mini MBA & Luma Institute - Design Thinking Academy).
