Karla Rubio

Karla joined NetHope in June 2023 as the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) Specialist for NetHope. Karla works jointly with all NetHope programs to ensure standardization of MEAL practices throughout the organization and ensure high quality reporting and the facilitation of significant organizational learning.

From her early career days, Karla was driven to join the development sector, and has since become a passionate development practitioner. In 2010 she decided to specialize in MEAL, having the opportunity to work in a diverse array of development topics such as human trafficking, education, health, entrepreneurship, emergency response, governance, violence prevention, and policy evaluation.
