Robyn Baroh came to NetHope in December 2017 with over a decade managerial experience in the non-profit sector. She has managed people, projects, and deliverables. In her prior roles within Downtown Seattle Association and then the United Way she served as a trusted advisor to the private sector, government agencies, and other humanitarian organizations as well as an advocate for others in the public sector. At United Way, she managed administrative staff, complex major donor giving structures and donor management to ensure timely deliverables. During her time at United Way, she redesigned the major donor pledge processing to ensure a 2-day processing during the heights of campaign season. She also acted as lead for her department in adoption of Office 365 and redesign of their intranet. Within these organizations she seamlessly worked cross departmentally to ensure outcomes and KPIs were met. She came to NetHope with her abilities honed to strategically communicate big ideas clearly, concisely with empathy and compassion.
As the Deputy Director of Engagement she drives deep Member engagement and facilitate collaboration amongst Members, partners and all interested in NetHope. She’s passionate about our Members’ missions and priorities, and managing the convening of great collaboration spaces for them within NetHope.
Robyn has a Bachelor of Integrated Social Science from the University of Washington and has held board of director roles on various local non-profits in her area.
