Sibel Berzeg

Highly experienced leader of international development projects across the globe for more than 25 years. Sibel has overseen effective implementation of projects in more than 35 countries and some of the world's most challenging and complex environments. Sibel currently works with WWC Global as the company's IDIQ Manager for USAID’s Bureau for Development, Democracy, and Innovation, Center for Democracy, Human Rights, and Governance (DRG Center). Sibel manages a team of experts providing technical and operational support to the center, helping put good government principles into practice by implementing a proven series of program management techniques, carrying out statistical and qualitative analysis, identifying effective metrics and utilizing performance measurement tools with outcome-based qualitative data.
