Stephanie Siy

Stephanie Siy is the Deputy Director of Field and Impact Programs at NetHope. In this capacity, Stephanie has responsibility for overseeing key program activities and serve as a point of contact for donors, NetHope members, and other key stakeholders. She also collaborates with other NetHope team members to design, execute, and evaluate program interventions. Stephanie joined NetHope in 2018 as the Program Managerfor the Global Broadband and Innovations Alliance (GBI), a ten-year $25million cooperative agreement with USAID’s Global Development Lab to bring affordable internet access to low-to middle-income countries.

Stephanie brings over 15 years of expertise in managing programsin the non-profit and association/membership sector. Prior to joining NetHope, Stephanie provided management and professional support across the Shared Services organization (HR, IT, Legal, Board Operations, Office Services, and Internal Communications) with emphasis on planning and operational efficiency for the National Restaurant Association. She also provided overall project management of Board Operations initiatives and activities and supported all governance activities and tasks. She managed the grant operations of SEAF, an impact investing firm, and oversaw a portfolio of over $32 million in grants from U.S. and foreign development agencies. She also provided project coordination and analysis for key HR initiatives at the American Red Cross. Stephanie earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Economics from the De La Salle University in Manila, Philippines.
