Pam is key member of ADP’s Global Business Transformation team where she is responsible for helping business leaders reshape the future of the organization. In her role Pam is charged with delivering against ADP’s ‘Win-As-One’ Transformation Scorecard which drives the organization’s focus on process improvement, digital transformation, and operating efficiency.

Pam began her career at Gartner, a technology think tank, and has held multiple roles of increasing seniority in digital transformation and technology implementation.

Pam is passionate about leadership and serves as an advisor to The Achieve Institute a performance consulting and research firm as well as ADP’s Executive Women In Leadership (WiL). Pam graduated from Yale University in 1994 and lives in Greenwich, Connecticut, with her daughter, Kelah.
