Pam Jennings is the Chief Experience Officer at management consulting firm, The Achieve Institute, based at their Rye Brook, NY office. Pam is responsible for managing the customer and associate experience across the product and delivery platforms for the proprietary Achieve System™.

Pam brings twenty-five years of experience in digital transformation, business transformation, leadership in diversity, and most recently as Vice President of Global Business Transformation at ADP, a 60,000-person Human Capital Management and technology company, where Pam was responsible for leading the company’s largest transformation efforts and margin improvements as part of ADP’s Global Business Transformation team.

Pam began her career at Gartner, a technology think-tank, and has held multiple roles of increasing seniority in digital transformation and technology management including at Management Consulting firm Deloitte.
