Overview
For the past several months, select NetHope members have been participating in IDEA (Imagine, Design, Execute, Assess) sessions, a broad umbrella for digital transformation processes offered to NetHope members through The Center for the Digital Nonprofit. The first IDEA implementation pilot is based on Dream, Design, Deliver (D3), a social impact accelerator developed by Microsoft and is an approach Microsoft uses with their enterprise customers to accelerate an organizations digital transformation strategy through people, process and technology innovation.
The Microsoft Tech for Social Impact team is leveraging the same framework with their deliver partners, altering it to fit the needs of the nonprofit sector and has started the D3 journey with five NetHope member organizations. All five organization have completed the Dream Phase, with three of them moving into Design and at least one more is likely to join them soon.
Come to this session to see how you can join your peers in the next Networking group for an intensive and methodical approach to help your organization tackle culture enhancements, innovative tech and much more through the Dream, Design, Deliver framework.
In this session we will discuss
The D3 v2 application is a first come-first serve opt-in application process, and the first 12 NetHope members who submit an application with all information and activities prescribed in the checklist will be selected.
