Important resources from this webinar:

The Center for Humanitarian Technology (CFHT), a new startup in the NGO space, was founded in response to the Russian invasion of Ukraine. CFHT’s vision is to deploy technology to improve operations for humanitarian emergency relief efforts. CFHT partnered with Automation Anywhere and others to build and deploy bots to expedite relief efforts in Ukraine, resulting in a faster response to the evolving IDP situation and aid provided to over 32,000 families through the platform. In this session, you’ll hear how CFHT evaluated the situational needs on the ground and decided on automation technology to address the backlogs quickly snowballing from manual processes. Neeti Mehta Shukla from Automation Anywhere will also share how nonprofits can fearlessly embrace automation technology to optimize operations and resources for critical missions.

In this webinar, you’ll learn:

  • How CFHT evaluated between off-the shelf vs. custom technology and how rapidly evolving needs on the ground called for quick updates to tech solutions
  • Tips for how and when to deploy bots, AI and other automation technologies in your own organizations
