Cisco's Tactical Operations (TacOps) team provides emergency communications during humanitarian and natural disasters. This team has partnered with NetHope for the past decade to bring life-saving connectivity to places such as Vanuatu, the Philippines and, most recently, Greece.

Their assistance and partnership has been vital to the success of NetHope. We are honored to be a part of Cisco's latest campaign, Never Better, which highlights the life-saving work we do together.

Cisco's TacOps brings many talents to the table -- EMT training, network engineering skills. But one thing all team members share is their passion to do good.

"We do this because it's the right thing," says Tiago Da Costa Silva, Operations Coordinator. (Meet Tiago, and some of our other TacOps partners, on this Cisco page.)

We are proud to work with Cisco and Cisco TacOps to bring help and hope to those in crisis. We look forward to many more years of collaboration.
